Justin Snelling | President & CEO

Justin graduated from The University of San Diego with a bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Snelling has gone on to excel in a project management role with PBS Engineering.

Brandon Borrego | Vice President

Brandon has over 17 years of experience working with concrete in all capacities. Working his way up the ranks and gaining expertise has allowed him and Mr. Snelling to start Pacific Concrete.
