Had to take out additional sidewalk panels to get proper elevations, and also had to have a city arborist out to look at tree roots. Custom topcast concrete in color Omaha Tan with decorative sawcut joints, cantilever entry steps with recessed lighting. A bocce ball court with recessed lighting. An 18” recessed spa with decorative concrete cap, custom stucco, and tile and terracotta decorative inlay. Custom bbq island with polished concrete counter, stucco, and stainless steel appliances. And last but not least, a pickle ball court!
